Yoga is a practice for every body. Yoga is for you. Yoga is for me. If you can breathe you can do yoga, it is simply a matter of taking the time to find a style and teacher that suits you.
There is no need to be flexible or strong to do yoga because the practice meets you where you are on the day and every day that you return to it. Over time a committed practice can unravel the knots and limitations – physical, emotional mental or energetic – yoga makes you stronger, more flexible, releases you from past habits and helps to form new life affirming patterns.
